The program is focused on helping you retain lean muscle while losing body fat. Includes everything you need for your first 4 weeks of the program.
Stress is a big factor in weight gain (This might be better to have a button on Stress and Weight Management)
Stress causes your body to release Cortisol, Cortisol promotes the storage of fat.
Stress is within your control as you can control your reaction to situations and your environment.
Nutrients that support Stress are B-Complex & Protein.
Exercise at the end of the day helps burn off the stress of the day.Energy
You need to drink half your body weight in water to maximize your energy.
Energy can come from stimulants such as caffeine found in drinks like Red Bull, Rock Star, Monster Drinks even coffee causing the continuous release of adrenaline causing adrenal fatigue, Draining your energy.
Blood sugar spikes from the caffeine causes your body to store fat.
Limit Sugar to avoid blood sugar crashes which drain energy.
